The challenge
A manufacturing SMB with 80 field employees handled expense reports with Excel, paper receipts, email forwarding. The CFO struggled to close the month, employees lost receipts, admin re-entered everything by hand.

Mobile-first web app with receipt OCR: employees snap a photo, AI extracts amount, vendor, category, date and VAT. In-app approval from the manager, automatic export to the company ERP. CFO dashboard with expenses aggregated by cost center, category, employee.
